Once we receive a
call we pen down your requirements and your contact details
and
fix a date and time suitable to you for the survey.

The Personal Touch
On the specified day
of the survey, our Move Consultant will reach your residence
at the given time and assesses the volume of the goods that
need to be packed. An inventory of all the items that are to
be relocated is prepared. All necessary information is taken
from you. E.g. EDD from source, EDA at Destination, when you
want the shipment delivered at the destination, Destination
Contact details, preferred mode of shipment etc.

Submission of Quote
Based on the survey,
an estimate is worked out, considering the best possible logistics
solutions and the options available. AIMS
offers the best and the most economical and comprehensive rates
with no hidden costs.
4.
Confirmation of Quote
Once you approve
the estimate, our outbound division gets in action and sets
up the packing dates.
5.
Quality M-oving Day!!!
On the packing day,
our supervisor along with a packing crew will be present at
the scheduled time and begin packing. Simultaneously, the supervisor
prepares a carton-wise packing list. Each item is neatly padded
and packed into custom sized cartons. After the packing is over
one copy of the packing list is handed over to you for your
perusal. Our packing crew then loads the goods in our van and
transports it to our warehouse.
6.
Crating / Storage
Once the goods reach
our warehouse, they are unloaded and our team of carpenters
makes sturdy crate/s depending on the volume of the goods. Crating
helps avoid any pilferage, damage, theft etc. of the goods and
make them easy to handle. (If required we can also arrange to
store your goods in our well equipped warehouse for a longer
period in case your apartment / house at destination is yet
to be finalized.)
7.
Export Markings
Once the crating is complete, they are inscribed with export
markings. This makes them easily identifiable during transit
and even when they reach the destination.
8.
Customs Clearance Services
The goods are then
handed over to our in-house customs clearance department, which
in turn takes it to the designated air port / sea port for onward
carriage. After completing all the necessary customs formalities,
the shipment is handed over to the authorized airline or shipping
company. It is important to note that we
take extreme care to ensure that they properly handle the goods.
In case of FCL sea shipments, our crew itself loads the goods
inside the container.
9.
Prompt Feedback
We monitor the status
of the shipment at all stages and update you on the same from
time to time. Once you reach the destination, you may contact
our associates or wait for our associates to get in touch with
you. Any documentation that needs to be done at destination
for enabling smooth clearance will be done by our agents once
they get in touch with you.
10.
Reliable Associates
Once the shipment
reaches the air/sea port at destination, our associates will
clear the same through customs and arrange for its delivery
at your residence after fixing the date and time convenient
to you.
11.
The D-elivery Day!!!
When the goods are
delivered to your residence, our supervisor and packers will
unpack all the items and assemble the furniture. They will even
clear the debris from your premises, before leaving with a smile.
12.
YOUR OPINION
The cartons that will
be delivered will be checked and counted with respect to the
packing list made by AIMS and a Delivery Receipt will be taken
from the client. Apart from the above a Job Completion Report
will be provided to enable us to have your opinion and feedback
on our services. This will help us maintain and improve our
performance levels and thereby resulting in our steady growth.
